If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to initiate any return request. Please note that items should not be sent back to the manufacturer under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from return due to safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons. These include perishable goods such as food or flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gift cards, downloadable software, and select health or personal care products.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are non-refundable as per our pricing policy.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, you must contact us via social@thegrowth.biz, and the product should be shipped to Navkar Enterprise, A-3 Seemanagar Socity, Tadwadi, Surat, Gujarat 395009 after approval. Gift Returns
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after the return is approved. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
